天涯社区官网 is seeking a Business & Data Analyst for the HR reporting & analytics solution will play a pivotal role in analyzing requirements from various stakeholders and collaborating with the technical team to identify and recommend fit-for-purpose technical solutions. This individual will ensure that the solution aligns with the strategic goals of our client and meets the needs of the HR community and business managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Requirement Analysis: Engage with diverse stakeholders, including HR Teams
  • across 3 business sectors, Controllers and Business Managers, to gather and analyze
  • requirements for the HR reporting solution.
  • Outside-In view on HR Data Analysis and Reporting Processes: Be the functional expert
  • around reporting of HR metrics and guide the team and consult stakeholders around bestpractice solutions.
  • Technical Solution Identification: Collaborate with the technical team to evaluate and
  • recommend appropriate technical solutions that meet stakeholder needs and enhance the
  • functionality of the HR Reporting tool.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans,
  • ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to project objectives. Monitor
  • progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR,
  • and external vendors, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of the People
  • Analytics solution.
  • Project Management: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key
  • decision points, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing the user
  • experience and optimizing the functionality of the solution. Collaborate with project teams
  • and technical experts to implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of business/data analyst experience, with a focus on HR
  • Reporting/HR Controlling in a global context
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical solutions in HR analytics, with
  • experience in requirement gathering and solution recommendation. Experience with SAP
  • SuccessFactors, SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud preferred
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and finding ways to transform
  • them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to
  • effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to collaborate and work
  • cross-functionally with project teams and technical resources
