�� is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in this fully remote role. The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage product-related processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for advancing innovative therapies.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location/hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including product promotion and sales initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with regional market units to drive business in target customer groups such as hospitals, blood centres, cell and gene therapy labs, and pharmaceutical companies.
Manage operational processes related to financial planning, supply chain, regulatory affairs, and quality management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including scientific leaders and medical organizations.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and communication teams to achieve business objectives.
Create and support scientific content and results related to products and therapies.
Conduct sales and customer training for relevant audiences.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to support product optimization and development.
Stay updated on advancements in therapeutic apheresis and cell therapies through self-learning and participation in scientific events.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in sales or marketing, preferably within life sciences.
Project management skills with the ability to handle complex short- and long-term projects.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
Creative problem-solving skills with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Competency in MS Office and openness to new technologies.
Flexibility and willingness to travel approximately 1-3 times annually.
Valid EU right to work is required.
