������������ is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contracts and Budget Associate for a full-time freelance project. This role will involve working closely with a small Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and will focus on drafting, negotiating, and tracking various agreements related to clinical research.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate and track Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDA), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), and related amendments.
• Lead interactions with sites regarding various agreements and resolve contractual issues with internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain contract files and databases, ensuring adherence to company policies and contracting standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research.
• Proven experience working within a CRO is a necessity.
• Proficiency in negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) in Turkey.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
