天涯社区官网 is seeking a proactive and organized Financial Accountant to join our team. This role involves a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, working closely with the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance and Administration. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to engage in tasks beyond the standard scope.
Responsibilities:
- Execute diverse accounting tasks such as data entry, purchase invoice processing, and expense reporting.
- Handle monthly VAT filings and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
- Prepare internal and external reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee purchase order administration, ensuring adherence to the 3-way match principle.
- Manage the finance mailbox and monitor inventory levels.
- Participate in stock counts and assist in ERP system development.
- Develop and document financial processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Perform various day-to-day administrative tasks and collaborate with administrative colleagues.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Microsoft Navision is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Self-motivated, capable of independent work, and adaptable to change.
- Social and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills.
