天涯社区官网 is seeking a Digital Biomarker Scientist to join a dynamic team focused on leveraging mobile technologies, such as smartphones and wearables, to collect and analyze sensor data for clinical trials and patient care. This role involves developing innovative digital biomarker concepts, creating health-related outcome measures, and contributing to the scientific foundation for disease monitoring solutions. The position is based in Basel, Switzerland, and offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of science, technology, and healthcare.

Responsibilities:
- Develop scientific core messages to support product marketing efforts.
- Engage with customers during pre- and post-sales phases to provide scientific insights.
- Communicate scientific results through conferences, white papers, and peer-reviewed publications.
- Provide scientific guidance for data analysis projects.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical and digital health industry.
- Strong publication record in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
- Expertise in sensor data and digital biomarker development.
- Effective communicator with leadership skills.
- Clinical experience in Neuroscience, particularly in areas such as Parkinson's Disease, Huntington's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or Alzheimer's Disease.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with sensor or high-frequency time-series data, including feature engineering.
- Background in developing digital biomarkers, clinical outcome assessments, or digital endpoints.
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory processes or consortia related to novel drug development endpoints.
- Experience with hardware engineering for remote patient monitoring and sensor data collection.
