�� is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. This role focuses on driving innovation and excellence in clinical trial delivery within the oncology and pharmaceutical space. You will play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategies and ensuring patient-centric trial designs while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the execution of global clinical trial portfolios across multiple disease areas.
Provide operational and strategic input within clinical trial delivery teams.
Shape and enable disease area operational strategies with a focus on patient, investigator, and site-centric trial designs.
Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and innovation in trial operations, emphasizing quality, compliance, and patient impact.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners globally to ensure alignment, knowledge-sharing, and delivery excellence.
Champion a culture of curiosity and empowerment to foster new thinking and value creation in clinical operations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience in clinical operations, clinical study/trial management, or a similar function within drug development.
Expertise in late-phase (Phase III) studies.
Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and trial governance.
A degree in a scientific discipline.
Proven ability to work effectively in complex global environments and manage diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English.
